This is a shot from our second day here at ArtScape 2009. A big Thank You! to everyone who came out and supported us today. Only one day left, if you haven't been yet, it is a lot of fun and definitely worth your time. The weather has been great today and hopefully this trend will continue into tommorow =)

This is a bronze copy of a New Orleans water meter which, once made in wax, was folded over a plaster face, and then cast into bronze. I enjoyed New Orleans so much that I wanted to express how I felt about the city, and the city is very much the life of the people, and those people fill the streets. This is my inspiration. If you would like to buy a copy, they are available on request. Bronze casting is a lengthy process, and will take 6 to 7 weeks to complete, but you will have a unique piece. No edition numbers will be added. Dimensions: 10.5" High by 7.5" Wide, 5" Deep. Purchase Cost: US $1000.00, can be purchased through the Store Link on the front of the site. |
